The Belgiac Confession and Knowing God through Science?

Dudley said it. It must be true. Plus, there is this person. But the Belgiac Confession, at Article II, states,

First, by the creation, preservation, and government of the universe, since that universe is before our eyes like a beautiful book in which all creatures, great and small, are as letters to make us ponder the invisible things of God: his eternal power and his divinity, as the apostle Paul says in Romans 1:20.

It lists two ways to know God – first by natural law and then, second, by Scripture. I would put Scripture first, but you know how those Reformed work…

Anyway, would the Belgiac Confession allow us to know God through Science? I mean, Science is about investigating the ‘government of the Universe,’ after all.

Just thought that interesting. What do you think?
