Sunday Thoughts – 9/12

Imagine if there was no religion… then, according to evolutionary scientists, there would be no society. But, whom am I to judge?

I have a few things planned this week, but like usual, it is going to be very, very busy. I am going underground tomorrow at a mine in Virginia. Then, on Tuesday, I’ve got an early morning meeting, then off to Fairmont for a business thingie. Then, on Friday, which is my anniversary, I will be traveling to Buckhannon, WV for one my Seminary Classes. But, I have three, maybe four reviews to get done, plus a lot of reading and online work.

Anyone knows of a rich millionaire who needs to adopt a 32 year for his only son, I would appreciate you sending him my way…

Our business attempt is coming along nicely, and things are really falling into place. For those who believe in such things, pray would be helpful. Pray for the duration, for the course, for the right things. Not for finances and the such.

We were discussing kindness this morning in Sunday School, and the question was, ‘how do you teach your children kindness’? And really, to what level should kindness play? For me, after a day of reflection, I think it is to the point where you place that person in danger of stunting their growth. Whether in personal help, spiritual, or even governmental – when you allow the person to give away motivation and their responsibility to themselves to grow and to better themselves at the expense of you doing it for them, freely, then you do more harm to them than good. What sayeth ye?

Our morning anthem came from Jonathan Adams,

I believe in the sun even when it’s not shining
I believe in love even when I don’t feel it
And I believe in God even when He is silent

Oh, and don’t forget the SEPTEMBER GIVEAWAY.

Have a great and blessed week.
