Sunday Thoughts 8/23

We read from Matthew 5 this morning.

We headed to the park again, to spend some family time with the word of God. At the local park, where we gather at, there is a skateboard ramp side park. After the reading and the feeding of the ducks, the kids and I played a bit on the rather steep ramps. For some reason, my dear wife spent most of that time laughing at her dear husband. She suggested I give her the camera for her to show me why – I didn’t.

I think I am taking off this week – I want to catch up on some book reviews and paint the baby’s room. We have just over a month before we start racing to the hospital. The baby is due October 13th, but I have a feeling that we will not make it that far. Of course, once labor starts, that moves really fast and easy. Personally, I don’t know what all the fuss is all about – I have never felt any pain. I think some people overblow things….not saing who….

So, we will paint the baby’s room, and get it ready for the newest addition to the Watts family. Ms. Sophia Camille Watts. Not really happy about Camille, but that was the deal, I reckon.

I have a prayer request.

I hope all is well with each of you this week.

Yes mate, those wife’s do contribute don’t they!  I have always held, since I could reason, that Mary was the Theotokos (God bearer) The Mother of our Incarnate Lord!  She being in reality the first believer! (See Lk. 1:45)  She elevates the whole aspect of both woman and motherhood! (Lk. 1:49 / 2:35)
