Sunday Thoughts – 2/7

Today is Superbowl Sunday, when hundreds of churches will open their fellowship halls to Superbowl parties. I remember wondering what they all did when they realized that they allowed a ‘wardrobe malfunction’ into their building one Sunday…

I have a few things planned this week, written and already set up for posting. On Monday, I will post a few more things on the Genesis debate, including something which I have written on interpretation of Genesis One in Second Temple Judaism. Further, I will have another reflection on the book which I am currently reading, as well as a few more quotes from theologians.

I was sick this past week, but have recovered, mostly. I still have some serious chest congestion, but that is nothing to worry about. My concern now is that our baby has a bit of sinus congestion, so my wife has spent a few days with a suction ball and saline. Plus, we have a vaporizer going, almost none stop. I would prefer to be near death sick than to have one of my babies sick. Ugh!

Well, we have a busy day planned, so I’ll leave you with some Sunday listening pleasure, with no particular reason for choosing these songs 🙂
