@michellemalkin and @toddstarnes are clueless about U.S. History.

So, the President has come out with a new post that looks like the U.S. Flag, but a tad bit different:


Now… Todd Starnes has taken to “reporting just the facts” and Malkin is screaming “Oh my God” on facebook and twitter – decrying this abuse of the U.S. Flag by the President. They do not know their history… but I would not expect them too… or rather, if they did know their history, not to apply it to this president.

The U.S. Flag has been used by past presidential campaigns at least as far back as James K. Polk. I say at least because that’s as far as I want to research it.

So, while they are getting rednecks excited, they are showing themselves only as ignorant talking heads to the rest of us – you know, those people Rick Santorum said would never be Republicans… the elite, the educated, the smart people…
