@RichardDawkins and @GovMikeHuckabee believe in the same god

If you haven’t been following the Richard “Muslims ate Stooped” Dawkins, check out a tweet highlighted by Jim. The other day, Gov. and Rev. Mike Huckabee said,

“Can someone explain to me why it is that we tiptoe around a religion that promotes the most murderous mayhem on the planet in their so-called ‘holiest days,’” Huckabee said. “You know, if you’ve kept up with the Middle East, you know that the most likely time to have an uprising of rock throwing and rioting comes on the day of prayer on Friday. So the Muslims will go to the mosque, and they will have their day of prayer, and they come out of there like uncorked animals — throwing rocks and burning cars.”

So nice when two people with severe disagreements can come together through bigotry.

  1. I would like to apologize once again to the human race for having campaigned for Gov. Huckabee in 2008.

I have nothing good to say about him at this point, except I guess he’s pretty good on the bass.

  2. I am convinced that animals are closer to God (if he/she exists), than humans. Huckabee should get a cat or dog, and then disappear from public view.
