INDEED, we are in the last days of the Book of Revelation – Wormwood has fallen

This week has been most prophetic. The Pope as resigned, just like John and Malarky prophesied. Then, St. Peter’s Basilica was struck by lightning. And now, a meteor has struck in Siberia (Russia), just like Wormwood.

A huge meteorite flared through the skies over Russia’s Chelyabinsk region early Friday, triggering a powerful shock wave that injured hundreds of people, blew out windows and reportedly caused the roof of a factory to collapse.

Multiple amateurvideos posted online showed the meteor’s flaring arc across the western Siberia sky. Others from the scene included the sound of a loud boom, followed by a cacophony of car alarms. One video showed the hurried evacuation of an office building in Chelyabinsk.

Not really, but people will want to look for reasons here — not real explanations, but conspiratorial (and that’s how I would explain must of Christian eschatology) reasons for all of this. These events are absolutely not connected the Book of Revelation.

Period.

However, bring on the hits.

  1. Surely not. Everyone knows that the prophesied Wormwood fell on April 26th 1986. If you’re unconvinced, find out what “Chernobyl” means. ;-)
