A Nice Contest from @IVPress

In the spring, we’ll launch a new series — the LifeGuides in DepthBible studies — for those who want to take their Bible study to a deeper level.

The first few volumes are almost complete, so we’re ready to finalize the cover design for the series. We’d love your input in helping us make the final decision. Take a look at the two design options (below) and vote for your favorite by Monday, September 3, 2012.(Please — one vote per person.)

What’s in it for you? The satisfaction of helping shape this series of books — and a chance at some prizes! We’ll draw four random winners from among those who enter:

  • Grand prize: A copy of each of the first four volumes (worth $64) in the LifeGuides in Depth series plus an IVP tote bag
  • Three only-slightly-less-grand prizes: An IVP tote bag

He is the author of Mimetic Criticism of the Gospel of Mark: Introduction and Commentary (Wipf and Stock, 2013) and a co-editor and contributor to From Fear to Faith: Stories of Hitting Spiritual Walls (Energion, 2013).

  1. Just Sayin' says

I don’t find either design particularly inspiring. IVP book covers have always been poor, with few exceptions (Wright’s ‘Justification’ is one).
