Concentration Camps for the Queers

So sayeth Pastor Worley,

“I figured a way to get rid of all the lesbians and queers,” he says in his sermon, delivered on May 13. “Build a great, big, large fence — 150 or 100 mile long — put all the lesbians in there… Do the same thing for the queers and the homosexuals and have that fence electrified so they can’t get out… And you know what, in a few years, they’ll die.” (ht)

Pastor Charles L. Worley of Providence Road Baptist Church — located at 3283 Providence Mill Rd, Maiden, NC 28650 — is seen here from a service posted to the church’s website dated May 13, 2012 calling for the starvation and ultimate death of “queers and homosexuals.”

Also, because Worley needs another angel to help, we have Lesly Charles, an NYPD cop and prophet who utters some pretty disgusting language. He simply responds,

“I’m just doing God’s work. You know I can’t comment. Have a blessed day.”

Is such hate speech protected in your country? If so, why?

  2. “I figured a way to get rid of all the hateful preachers,” Chad said, sitting in his office, May 21. “Build a great, big, large fence — 150 or 100 mile long — put all the racist preachers in there… Do the same thing for the homophobes and the preachers of hate and have that fence….. you know what… nevermind. That isn’t very Christlike, now is it?”

Here’s an idea: on that fence put machine guns and just shoot ‘em all. Why drop food if you want them to die? To use his words, it makes me puking sick to know he believes he is preaching the Gospel.

  4. I am deeply disturbed that any clergy person would spew such vile hatred from the pulpit. Whatever the personal belief is about homosexuality, there is no excuse to recommend murder in the name of God……especially when we remember that God chose to and keeps choosing to help us live! You know there are places where I would have been killed at birth. I’m the second twin and a girl…….so let’s lock up and starve to death anyone with green eyes or black hair or has an IQ of less than 100, over the age of 70? How about we lock up and starve to death anyone who is taller than 7′? Ooooh, how about Jewish heritage or Native American? Oh no, let’s hold out for people in wheel chairs or better yet anyone who doesn’t speak English! Shall I continue? Why must there always be someone to hate? Sigh……..smh…..do we hate ourselves so much that we need to deliberately hurt others some can feel oh so pious? Sigh……smh…….I guess it’s a good thing Christ ate with sinners because He is going to be doing it for a long time to come. At least there is Someone who loves us regardless of hatred, sin, mistakes, stupidity, etc, etc, etc…….and there has been no fence built yet and there is a history of the provision of manna if starvation is an issue…..soapbox being put away……….

  5. I believe EVERYONE has the right to free speech, regardless of whether or not we like it

Freedom of speech should have a limit, and this guy is well past it.
