Did you notice that they all say the same thing? They have told you exactly what they plan to do, to overtake the ‘gates of commerce’, so that it can provide a tipping point to control the culture. C. Peter Wagner has said that he wants an ‘Apostolic Government’ by 2012.

There is so much that could be said about that video. It is almost unreal the stuff that is said that totally opposes Jesus’ example and then the stuff that people say, “The LORD showed me…” Really?!?
Good question polycarp…so, what do we do??? I don’t know if we are to do anything since Jesus taught not to rip out the tares and almost like the advice of Gamaliel in Acts…if it be of men, it will come to nothing, but if it is God, we don’t want to resist God. I just know if someone asks me my opinion on this movement, I won’t hesistate to share Bible verses as to why I will not be following those people.

I agree Polycarp. Could anything have been done? I am sure the “true” have always been around – even if a small remnant – I suppose it was just inevitable. Deception is to be great in the last days and I would say this time fits that bill.

Has it occurred to anyone else that not one of the eleven went to Gallilee on resurrection morning as the angels instructed and later the lord Jesus himself told the women to tell the men? Why Gallilee? What was in gallilee that was so important that they had to go there that morning? What did Jesus tell the three as they came down from the Mount of transfiguration? No one went so we will never know what God intended to show the eleven that morning. Why did Jesus wander around for 40 days afterward? Was it because 40 days were set aside for the eleven and the women to be on the top of Mount Transfiguration like Moses was on Mount Sinai to recieve the law for the Kingdom of Isreal..so the eleven and the women were to recieve the law for the Kingdom of God?..look at which kingdom Jesus talked to them about in the last 40 days..and look at what kingdom the eleven were concerned about(Acts1:3 & 6). People hear Jesus ..but they don’t really listen do they? Because no one went that morning…really the church started off on the wrong foot, and have gone from bad to worse..matthias appointed before the Holy Spirit arrives, nicolas of antioch appointed to give rise to nicolatians,the apostles not fleeing at the persecution in Acts 8, james the younger’s recommendation adopted in Acts 15…even the ‘church’ as it is is not what it was meant to be. mt of transfiguration is in gallilee where the fathe rspoke to the three from a cloud with the command for all disciples..”Listen to Him”, and mt of olives is outside Jerusalem,where the 11 saw Him ascend in Acts1:12,and where His feet will rest again in Zechariah 13:4..no confusion. The 11 were to go to gallilee on resurrection morning to the Mt of Transfiguration and they didn’t go ..not one went. Mount of Olives is where Jesus will touch down on His return according to Zechariah 13:4. If I were Satan, the Beast and the false prophet..I would gather all the armies of the world to blow up that hill(Acts 1:12), and scripture will be broken. As long as Jesus does not arrive, satan stays free. Don’t you see the game plan? For 1900 years , he has successfully delayed the return. satan does not care who goes to heaven or who goes to hell, as long as Jesus does not return, he gets to stay free. Satan is not delaying the return of Christ – or would you imply that the adversary has some power over our Lord and God?
Christ is not returning to extract justice for Himself, but to defeat sin once and far all, to end the corruption to Creation.

Maybe I’m not as clever as the other posters here, but whats wrong with what they say in the video? Isn’t it a good thing to have the influence of Jesus in every aspect of life on earth? (Gods will on earth as it is in heaven?)
In my limited experience people welcome a Jesus “child” to save them but not the “Lord and King” to rule.

Don’t what about the ethos of this blog. I will not flame your email. I will however correct you. We are commanded to be in this world but not of this world. God has a natural influence in this world, and will do so until He removes the hindrance to the adversary. You must remember the words of Christ before Pilate – that His kingdom is not of this world. The only Kingdom that we must worry about is the Church.

He also told us in ‘The Lords prayer’ to pray for His Kingdom to come, where else but this earth this world.
So I am not worried about the church nor anything else – although I do pray for it!
I just want Jesus to return soon, to clear up the mess that we have made and are still making.
We are not winning overall against evil so we really need to study His words and put them into practice – as did the wise builder and encourage those who would like to be disciples of Jesus to listen to Him know His words and complete the work required so our Father can send back His Son.
It all depends what we want for Jesus – do we want do we want the minimum – get saved, die and go to heaven, and wait out the millennium or desire to be an overcomer, to be alive working for Jesus so that when He does come He will find millions with faith to welcome Him back, and then rule with Him as a king for a thousand years – if we desire this we must hear (know) His words and put them into practice, practice, practice.
